Subramanian is the founder of StegaCapital (2009) that focuses on Advisory services to entrepreneurs and high growth companies. Subramanian has rich experience of over 18 years in the entrepreneurial ecosystem as a VC and an entrepreneur. As a VC, he has been primarily focusing on investments in young and high growth companies in services and products around technology in India and US-India corridor.

Parthasarathy has over 35 years of experience in IT and manufacturing industries. At present, he is Chief Evangelist – Compassites and CEO of HomeConnect.in. Previously, Partha worked as an Associate Vice President in the Strategic Global Sourcing Group at Infosys Technologies Ltd., Bangalore, where he donned several roles. Partha’s expertise include, consulting in various IT-related problems/issues faced by top management of IT companies as well as other organizations that are dependent on IT itself and designing and developing innovative IT project execution models, particularly for very large IT deals ($ 50+ million).

Rajalakshmi is a senior Govt. officer and was till recently the Director STPI Bangalore and Development Commissioner for IT/ITeS Karnataka. Prior to this, she had established the SPTI centre at Chennai and in Tamil Nadu. She has supported more than 2000 IT and ITes Software Exporting Units, implemented and supported IT/ITeS SEZ Act and Rules, supported and piloted several new initiatives and provided consultancy support to State Govt. projects through STPI Team. She has also served on the Boards of Keonics, KITVEN and IIITB.

Senthil has over 22 years of IT experience with strong techno commercial exposure, including senior positions in top IT Product and Service companies. Some of the major Program Management engagements include FIFA, Bank Negara Malaysia, Nissan, eThekwini Municipal Corporation (South Africa), KZN Province (South Africa), Triamun (Switzerland), Airport Authority of India, AFL Wiz, etc.

Subbu brings over 32+ years of experience in Information Technology in both consulting and user organizations. He started his career as a Trainee programmer and rose to be the head of 400-800 member organizations. Till recently, he was the head of operations of the India development center of Yodlee, a product company headquartered in the US as the VP & MD, responsible for India operations of their captive offshore development center.

Dr. Sudha has a rich experience of 15 years in the IT industry and 3 years in Academics. She has handled projects in the Middleware, Application software, and Embedded systems in her IT career. She has rich experience in handling customers across geographies. She has a Ph.D in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India.

Sundar has 24 years of experience – 8 as a functional executive (HAL, Asian Paints, Tata Steel) and 16 years as a Consultant/Implementation Facilitator focusing on Implementations resulting in bottom line impact through Change management. Industry exposure include manufacturing, supply chain – auto spares, food and beverages and steel. Capabilities include training Middle and Senior management team on relevance and application of Theory of Constraints (TOC) in their companies.

Uma has over twenty two years of experience as a HR practitioner. She runs her own HR consulting firm called HR-redux. Uma’s interests in Training lie in Leadership Skills, Inter-personal Skills, Interviewing Skills, Team Work Facilitation & Team Building, Communication, Motivation and Performance Management. Uma started her career at Kirloskar Electric, one of India’s premier engineering companies with over 4000 employees. Uma then went on to head HR at the Indian operations of i2 Technologies.

Dr. Vas Srinivasan has 22 years of experience in technology and manufacturing industries. At present, he is a Director at Confianzys Consulting which provides high-tech product management services to cover new product development and innovation incubation. Previously, Vas worked as Business Head at Nous Infosystems. Vas also held senior positions at Sonasoft, Commerce One, US steel and Ford. Key strengths include Product Management, Marketing, Strategy, Fund Raising, M&A and Executing Organic Growth for Start-ups.

Ramanan has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, with over 10 years in USA and Singapore. He has extensive experience in manual testing, setting up and managing independent testing teams, PMO & Project Management, and database administration. His industry experience include: IBM India, Genisys Software, Oxygen Media (USA), Maybank, Singapore, Standard Chartered Bank, Singapore, Mastek, and others
